An application has been lodged to make changes to a pre-existing approval for the Wamuran Shopping Centre in the City of Moreton Bay north of Brisbane.
The changes seek to alter the design of the shopping centre to be developed at 1085-1133 D’Aguilar Highway in Wamuran to create a more open/street facing approach, as well as to include the land uses within the Township Convenience Precinct.
The proposed project is a single-storey mixed-use development comprising supermarket, specialty shops, service station, food and drink outlet and car wash over two stages.
It would have a total gross floor area of 2,564sq m and 163 car parks.
