The Calile Hotel will build a luxury resort in Noosa after recently receiving planning approval.
The resort will be situated on a 2.4 hectare site at 3-7 Serenity Close in Noosa Heads, 2 kilometres from Hastings Street. It will have 153 rooms, 29 suites and four three-bedroom villas with amenities including a 50 metre swimming pool plus a quiet pool in a private garden, wellness facilities and function spaces.
The resort will be the Calile’s second, with the first being in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.
Construction is scheduled for early 2025, with the project expected to take three years.
