A development application has been lodged for revised plans for a neighbourhood shopping centre in Narangba planned for a 6.7ha site at the corner of Sovereign Drive and Oakey Flat Road.
The proposal is for 12,745sq m of gross floor area across 12 buildings and 564 car parks.
The centre would include a child care centre, retail and commercial space including grocery stores, a service station, community uses, veterinary services and indoor sport and recreation.
It would service a rapidly growing community in the area.
