A 91-place childcare centre is proposed for Coorparoo, in Brisbane’s southeast.
The two-storey development at 292 Cavendish Road would have 894.7sq m of gross floor area with five activity rooms for children and 18 car parks. It would operate from 6.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
An existing residential dwelling on the 1,282sq m site would be demolished to allow for the childcare centre to be built, if a development application is approved.
