Kangaroo Point could have its first supermarket if a proposal for a mixed-use building is given the go ahead.
The building would be built on a site with frontage to Ferry, Prospect and Deakin Streets, and would consist of a residential tower with a Woolworths supermarket, office space and a café on the podium levels.
There would be around 56 car parks dedicated to the retail space.
If it goes ahead this project would provide never-before-seen amenity in the suburb.
