A major new recreational development could be built at Strathpine, in Brisbane’s north, if it is given the go ahead.
Comiskey Group, the developers behind the Eatons Hill and Sandstone Point Hotel, are proposing to undertake the project at 90 Gympie Road, which would include a hotel/club, a drive-through food outlet, restaurants, indoor sport and recreation area, and showrooms.
The project, covering more than four hectares of land, would be developed over five stages, with 508 shared car parks.
It would provide significant amenity to residents in the area, some of which will be new amenity.
