A new childcare centre is proposed for the growing suburb of Ellen Grove in Brisbane’s southwest corridor.
A development application has been lodged for the single-storey centre at 65 Woogaroo Street, which would sit on a 1,307sq m site behind a church.
The childcare centre would cater for 85 children, with two outdoor play areas, six activity rooms and 123 car spaces.
If it goes ahead, it will provide further amenity for residents in this growing area of the city.
