A development application has been submitted for the property at 628 Wickham Street by specialty coffee roasters Foster and Black, which already have shopfronts in Chermside, the Brisbane CBD, Carindale, Garden City, Coomera and Broadbeach Waters,
The development proposal seeks to undertake alternations inside as well as outside the two-storey building, with the first floor to be used for storage.
Fortitude Valley already has a great deal of amenity, but this roastery would add to what’s on offer, and be a drawcard for residents in the suburb and surrounds.
