Plans have been submitted for the first stage of Alderley Station Quarter, a proposed mixed-use residential precinct on Farrington Street in Alderley, adjacent to the Alderley Train Station.
The vision behind the development is to transform an underutilised industrial site into a medium-density urban village, integrating residential, retail, and landscaped public spaces.
It will have an urban common, which will be a public gathering space, connecting residents to the train station and surrounding retail and dining precincts.
If it goes ahead this project would improve amenity in the area, particularly around the public transport hub.
