A three-tower development in Brisbane’s Newstead will take shape on a 6700+ sq m site after winning development approval.
The $850 million mixed-use staged project at 166 Breakfast Creek Road in Breakfast Creek, known as ‘Breakfast Creek Quarter’ have three towers ranging in size from 24 to 29 storeys with 735 apartments above a four-storey podium with retail and commercial space.
The development will have both build to sell and build to rent apartments and aims to provide more housing supply and choice in Brisbane’s inner city, as well as transforming the Newstead/Breakfast Creek area.
