Buyers Agent Brisbane Home Buyer Insights – What’s happening in Caboolture – Officeworks, storage facility and shop proposed for Big Fish Junction shopping centre

A development application has been lodged for a retail showroom housing an Officeworks, a storage facility and shop in the Big Fish Junction shopping centre in Caboolture, north of Brisbane.

The Officeworks would have 1,800sq m of space in one building, while the 3,400sq m storage facility and shop would be co-located in another three-storey building. The buildings would have 78 car parks in between them.

The properties are located at 407 Pumicestone Road and 6 Eildon Street, next to the Bruce Highway. The Big Fish Junction already includes major retailers including, Coles, McDonalds, Petstock, Supercheap Auto, Planet Fitness and Bunnings Warehouse.

If the development application is approved, the new facilities would service one of Queensland’s fastest-growing communities.
