A fast food restaurant is proposed for an existing neighbourhood centre in Clayfield, on the corner of two major roads.

Situated at 830-832 Sandgate Road and 139 Junction Road, the one-storey fast food restaurant is proposed to have outdoor dining and a drive through facility.

It is believed the development would complement the existing services in the neighbourhood centre. A two-storey building encompassing a ground level shopping centre and five residential units above would be retained on the site.

The development proposes 13 new car spaces for the site to bring the total for the site to 30.
