A development application has been lodged for the site at 185 Samford Road, on the corner of Wardell Street, for three food or drink tenancies in the form of a restaurant, butcher and café within a three-storey building.
The restaurant would cover levels 1 and 2 of the building, and incorporate indoor spaces and external spaces, including a landscaped outdoor roof terrace to the corner. It would also have multi-level parking for 115 vehicles.
The site is located just a seven minute walk from the Enoggera Train Station.
The proposed development would benefit residents by providing greater amenity in the area, with what is expected to be a high-quality restaurant.
