Loreto College, a Catholic secondary school for girls in Brisbane’s eastern suburbs, is undergoing an expansion.
The College, situated at 415 Cavendish Road In Coorparoo, will undergo a major transformation to accommodate the addition of two year levels by 2026.
The project will include the construction of a new three-story building with general learning areas, administration offices, collaborative spaces and a senior studies centre. It will also see a pre-1946 house on Dale St repurposed.
The development will enable an increase in enrolment capacity of 220 students and 14 staff to total 1,150 and 123 respectively.
This will benefit people in surrounding suburbs.
