The development is intended to complement existing and approved indoor sports and recreation uses on the adjoining land at 1545 Gympie Road.
The application is for a two-storey club building of 2000sq m, with multi-level car parking for 149 vehicles. The club would include a main restaurant, bar areas and kitchen, function rooms and gaming facilities.
An existing home and other buildings currently on the site would need to be demolished for the development to go ahead.
