The fast food restaurant with drive thru would be built next to a 7-11 service station at 270 Waterworks Road & 9 Trout Street.
The entire site would be redeveloped, with several buildings knocked down to facilitate the new project.
If it goes ahead the development will add better amenity and potentially improve the streetscape.
