As a top Brisbane buyers agent, we’ve always got our finger on the pulse of the Brisbane property market. Check out what’s happening in Meadowbrook.

A property in the growing area of Meadowbrook in Logan, south of Brisbane, could soon be home to a mixed-use development if a development application is given the go ahead.

The two-stage development application for the site at 310-326 Loganlea Road and 40-42 Ellerslie Road in Meadowbrook is for three food and drink outlets, a service station, and warehouses and showrooms.

The first stage would include the three food and drink drive thru outlets, including a Starbucks and Oporto, ranging in size from 179m2 to 230m2, together with a 199m2 7/11 Service station and 1,258m2 showroom.

Stage 2 comprises a 1,157m2 showroom, 4,183m2 of hardware and trade supplies and 8,247m2 of warehouse across multiple tenancies.

The development would have a total of 300 shared car parks, with seven buildings totalling 8,247sq m of gross floor area over the 50,598sq m site.

The proposed development would provide services for the fast growing community of Meadowbrook.
