A development application has been lodged to redevelop an Ampol at 581 Milton Road in Toowong into a more modern service station, with a Foodary and drive-through Starbucks with capacity for 14 vehicles.
The existing service station, which is situated near the Toowong roundabout, close to car dealerships and a car wash, would be demolished to make way for the new development.
The project would also see the site have 11 car parks, four bowsers to take the capacity of eight vehicles at once, a loading bay and service yard.
It would be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
