A three-level restaurant development could go ahead on a busy road in Kenmore if council gives it approval.
A development application has been lodged to redevelop a site at 2071 Moggill Road and 2-4 Princeton Street.
The plan is to replace the existing commercial building – the Kenmore Cycles building, opposite Kenmore State School – with a new architecturally-appealing building providing a restaurant on the ground floor, as well as two further levels of restaurants above.
