A two-storey childcare centre is proposed to be built in an existing residential area in Bracken Ridge.
The 125-place centre would be replace two existing dwellings at 173 Norris Road, and would appear as a single-storey building from the street.
Operating from 6am to 7pm it would include a lower ground and outdoor play area, ground floor and outdoor play area, and eight activity rooms. It would have 25 car parking spaces, 15 of which are dedicated to staff.
If the development application is approved, the childcare centre would provide greater amenity in the growing area north of Brisbane.
