The Belvedere Hotel at Woody Point in the City of Redcliffe is undergoing a $9 million expansion.
The 120-year old pub at 20-38 Oxley Avenue will increase its capacity from 850 seats to around 1200 with additions including a new café, sports bar and gaming area.
The extension is set to open in August next year, while the pavilion bar and bistro remain open during that time.
