Brisbane Buyers Agent First Home Buyer Insights – What’s happening in Kippa-Ring – Fast food restaurants proposed for an under-utilised site in a growing region

As a top Brisbane buyers agent, we’ve always got our finger on the pulse of the Brisbane property market. Check out what’s happening in Kippa-Ring.

Two fast food restaurants with drive through facilities could open in in Kippa-Ring, in the Moreton Bay region, if a development application is given the go ahead.

The site on which the development is proposed at 403 & 405-407 Elizabeth Avenue is currently occupied by a large gymnasium, but this development would see two single storey fast food buildings built after other buildings are demolished along Elizabeth Avenue.

There would be a total of 167 car parks provided across the site.

The fast food restaurants would operate from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

The development would require Beardy’s Bar and Kitchen, which is currently operating from the site, to relocate.

The project is designed to regenerate the underutilised and derelict site and as well as being aesthetically pleasing, will provide for greater amenity in the rapidly growing Moreton Bay region.
