A Guzman Y Gomez is set to open in Lutwyche, in Brisbane’s north.
A development application has been lodged for the fast food restaurant, which would have 230sq m of indoor and outdoor dining space, as well as a drive through, at 555 Lutwyche Road, at the intersection of Chalk Street.
The application also includes a second fast food restaurant on what is currently a vacant site, with 150sq m of gross floor area.
Together the two restaurants would have 23 car parks, and would operate 24 hours, seven days a week.
