A gym complex – believed to be Australia’s biggest – is expected to go ahead in Morningside in Brisbane’s southside following the granting of approval this week.
The 5577sq m gym complex will include a 4472sq m TotalFusion gym and 9 Degrees’ 805 square metre indoor bouldering gym.
Situated on the Rivermakers site at Colsmie Road in Morningside, the development has been the subject of a court case, but was granted approval by a judge this month.
The gym will include six studio spaces offering yoga, functional, fusion, cycle, run and reformer classes, as well as a state of the art gym, child minding services and wellness centre.
