A 116-place, two-storey childcare centre is proposed for 1008 Logan Road in Holland Park West.
The development would incorporate a church and other existing dwellings but would see some parts demolished.
The childcare centre would have 25 car parks, an elevated outdoor play area, undercover play areas, seven activity rooms and a multipurpose room. It will operate from 6.30am to 7pm.
If it goes ahead the addition of another childcare centre would help to cater to families in the area.
