Jindalee DFO could have five more eateries – including a Hungry Jack’s – and two new medical tenancies if a development application is approved.

The shopping centre at 11 Pavillions Close in Jindalee recently underwent a renovation, but the developer is now looking to create more space.

The project would necessitate the internal reconfiguration of the existing floor layouts and add 59 car spaces, with the new tenancies to be within the existing car park, but an additional car parking deck to be installed above the existing deck.

If given the go ahead, this project would provide even greater amenity to Jindalee DFO, and not only benefit existing residents, but be a drawcard for other residents.
