Pacific Golf Course at 420 Pine Mountain Road in Carindale could have a new 18-hole mini golf course and 70m short course practice range if development approval for an application is granted.
The new facilities would be situated on the displaced practice areas close to the new clubhouse, retirement village and car park.
The mini golf will add amenity to the area and draw in a wider group of people than the main golf course.
