A development application has been lodged for a new single-level childcare centre in Mount Crosby.
The childcare centre would replace an existing Community Kindergarten located to the west along Stumers Road, and would be located at 770 Mount Crosby Road and Stumers Road in the Stumers Road Reserve Picnic Area.
Seqwater is currently undertaking the Mt Crosby EBFRP Master Plan for the East Bank Pumping Station (EBPS) precinct in Mount Crosby, which will see the existing Community Kindergarten converted to a Community Hall and to replace it, a new childcare centre is proposed.
The childcare centre would cater for 23 children, with a building footprint of 381sq m with another 357sq m of outdoor play area, as well as a carpark for at least six cars.
