An major $10 million extension to the existing Wynnum Manly Leagues Club at 92 Wondall Road, Manly West is nearly complete, with the final result to be fully unveiled in May.
The facelift of the 41-year old club on Brisbane’s bayside involved moving the sports field location slightly to accommodate an 1,251sq m extension to the building, with a new wing built.
Renovations have also been carried out on the reception, café and bar area, as well as a lounge and games room.
This development will be a boost for the area, in terms of amenity, as well as the economy, with plenty of local jobs created.
