A development application has been lodged for a four-story health and wellness building at 20 Festival Place with features including a landscaped rooftop, pools and spas, yoga pavilion, meditation room, bar, entertaining areas, running track, gymnasium, golf simulator and outdoor cinema.
A piazza space open to the public, with water features, gardens, lighting, and a pavilion, is central to the design proposal, located in the middle of the development.
If it is given the green light this development will add to amenity, both private and public, already on offer in the Gasworks precinct, benefiting residents and adding to the near city suburb’s appeal.
