As a top Brisbane buyers agent, we’ve always got our finger on the pulse of the Brisbane property market. Check out what’s happening in Mount Cotton.

A big new sports precinct will be built at Mount Cotton after the masterplan was given the go ahead by council.

Known as the Redlands Coast Regional Sport and Recreation Precinct, the state of the art complex at 277-293 Heinemann Road will be delivered over many years.

It will include 17 playing fields, 2.8km of cycling tracks, new BMX tracks, hundreds of car parking spaces, and new buildings with the spaces that clubs need, such as change rooms, to enhance their performance. It will service events south of Brisbane.

This infrastructure will provide fantastic new amenity in the form of sport, recreational and environmental opportunities for residents in the area and surrounding areas. It will also be a drawcard for new residents looking to relocate to the area.
